Destinations and delivery rates
Available destinations, carriers, shipping charges and delivery estimates will be published and shown before customers can pay. No worldwide shipping or delivery-time promise is currently made.
Dispatch and tracking
Dispatch dates and tracking arrangements will be confirmed when orders become available. A saved bag or a custom-design inquiry is not a shipping order.
Custom apparel
Custom concepts require feasibility review, approval of the final specifications and an agreed production schedule. Production time and transit time will be communicated separately.
Duties and address details
Any applicable duties, taxes and responsibility for address changes will be disclosed before a confirmed purchase. Do not assume indicative catalog prices include shipping or import charges.
