Before orders open
Return eligibility, the return window, process, costs and refund timing will be disclosed before checkout accepts payments. Any applicable mandatory consumer rights remain in place.
Ready-made apparel
Condition requirements, size exchanges and return procedures will be communicated alongside the final retail offer. Please do not mail items without return instructions.
Custom-design requests
A design inquiry is not a paid order. Where custom production is later offered, cancellation and return conditions will be agreed before payment, subject to applicable rights.
Incorrect or damaged items
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item after sales open, contact us with order details and supporting photographs so we can review the issue.
