Information you share
We collect the name, email address, country, size, quantity, design description, optional organization and notes you submit. Newsletter signup collects your email and explicit consent. Your saved bag uses an opaque browser cookie associated with a server-side selection.
How we use information
We use inquiry information to review and respond to your request. Design preferences help prepare a brief for human review. Newsletter addresses are saved for consented brand updates after email campaigns are configured. We do not sell your personal information.
Service providers and AI
The site uses hosting and database services to operate. If email notifications are enabled, inquiry details may be processed by the configured email provider. If a live AI connection is enabled, the design description and selected preferences are sent to the configured model provider; contact-form identity fields are not included in that AI request. The interface distinguishes an AI brief from a summary produced without an AI call.
Retention and control
Saved bags expire after 30 days of inactivity. Rate-limit records expire after ten minutes. Inquiries and signup information are retained while needed for the stated purpose; you can contact us to request access, correction, withdrawal of consent or deletion. We review requests subject to applicable obligations.
Security and questions
We use server-side validation, access controls and secure cookies where supported. No online system can guarantee absolute security. Do not include sensitive personal information in a design description. For privacy questions, contact owner@axionintellex.shop.
